Insurance Protection Laws For Americans

Insurance companies have ripped off honest Americans "legally" long enough. The recent delay of a California girls insurance claim now finds our paid protectors accused of murder. You can bet the big insurance company litigators whilst be out lobbying, asking Americans to reserve judgment against them until court once again, but my Wisconsin jury vote is in...GUILTY!!! We the people must type out loud for legislation stopping the unfair acts of insurance providers, as they have proved over and over they are much to greedy to police their own corporation actions. These companies have fleeced America long enough. How many Katrina's does it take for people to get the message, Insurance laws must be changed we need Insurance Protection Laws For All Americans.

On November 8Th 2007 Washington State voters decided it is time for the insurance industry to play by the rules and they approved Referendum 67 in election. By voting yes Washington Insurance Consumers have ensured that people with legitimate claims are treated fairly by their insurance company. Insurance companies must honor the policies they sell. That’s fair and voters agreed. It is a small start to a big problem!

The problem is growing and the courts are getting more and more bogged down with litigation created solely by insurance companies for the purpose of escaping payment of an insureds claim. Most people have just had a major catastrophe happen and now the people you paid and trusted to protect you against this, refuse for no reason, in the middle of the very crisis you paid them to protect you against, to pay your claim. Fraudulent fraud investigations, bad faith, and unreasonable delays are only a few of the nasty tactics deployed by insurance companies to delay payment and wear you down so you just give up on your claim. Documented news stories of insurance customer abuse is skyrocketing nationwide thanks to the internet's keyboard warriors. Wake up people, most of us will have to deal with an insurance claim at some time in our lives, and this is not the time to find out your states insurance commissioners have sold you out to insurance companies! Contact your states insurance commissioner today and ask what your rights are if you have a claim that is disputed by your insurance company, how long can the insurance company claim they are investigating before they have to pay a claim. I know insurance fraud does exist and cost insurance companies plenty but, Insurance companies are rich and protected! Who is protecting the consumer whose house just burned to the ground, or business just got robbed and the insurance gods decide to delay or deny? Who protects the family member who just died waiting for insurance claim approval. I cannot speak for your state but in, Wisconsin we need fair insurance protection laws enacted and the Wisconsin Governor should appoint a commissioner who protects consumers rights, not ignores them. As a Wisconsin insurance consumer protection of any kind this office is a rubber stamp joke, and does nothing for individual consumers but tell you to comply with your insurance policy!!! Email your United States Governor today!

Bloggers Have Legal Rights

Its typed out loud all over the Internet "Apple Shuts Down Rumors Site" Reuters claims "Apple Case Settled" and associated press news wires are reporting it as well. If you have followed this case in its entirety, you will know this case question a bloggers right to claim journalism protection. A California court initially sided with Apple but the hi-tech firm lost the case on appeal. The outcome of that said bloggers should be considered as journalists and subject to the same protections. Bloggers now legally have Rights. This is only the start of the Freelanthropist trend, as more and more bloggers begin to pool resources, to spread a news worthy story or information across the country. More legislation pending approval at the federal government level would afford bloggers and online journalist further rights and journalistic recognitions but intends to make sure you still are not free to type anything you want about anybody. What these initial steps will do is take away the "monopolized total control" the big news networks currently have over news events and allow "real news" to be reported on in "real time" by a "real observer.

Perhaps they can get away with it because of some legal loophole allowed at the local, state or federal level. Maybe your issue is with an ebay seller that ripped you off. Maybe you do not have a complaint at all but just want to get word out to human kind about someone or something that should be noticed or recognized.

Just type it out loud to be heard. The practice of fighting civil wrong doing, fraud and ripoffs with your keyboard is becoming easier and easier for the common U.S. citizen as more and more people get empowered by the Internet.
