Officer Of The Year

The Officer of the Year Award for 2007 is granted for outstanding achievement by an Officer that brings credit to the Department and which involves performance well above and beyond that which is required by an Officer's basic assignment. The criteria includes, but is not limited to, attendance, productivity, letter(s) of merit, organizational commitment, sustained community involvement, judgment, decisiveness, sensitivity and leadership. This year's 2007 Officer of the Year Award is presented to Officer Mike Glennon and I must Say....

Bullshit! This guy is as crooked as grandma's back. I know first hand; He smashed my face into the ground as I lay handcuffed outside of my store in Eau Claire, WI on Fathers day 2006. Yes I was already handcuffed on the ground co-operating fully and this asshole decides to tell me to shut the F*** UP and smacks my head into the ground. Yep you bet your butt I filed a complaint with his superior officers, but for two days the Eau Claire police Department desk Sgt. refused to allow me or the other victims of Mr. Officer of the years abuse to file a complaint. Two days later when they did allow us to file a formal complaint (MMmmm thought it was my right in the U.S.) the whole process was nothing short of harassment and the cover up the Eau Claire police brass participated in deserves a grammy award! Today I see in the Eau Claire Leader telegram that Officer Glennon is suing some 18 year old who he claims caused him injury as he was making an arrest...Sure would like to hear the kids side of the story...think I will get in contact and see if the cop of the year over arrested him as well. Wonder if all of Wiscon-sins government officials are this crooked?

Hey Mr Wisconsin Attorney General have you read what the citizens on Eau Claire Police Watch Blog are saying? I filed my complaint with the FBI field office over a year ago and they have never followed up. If they had gone and gotten that police report like I asked them to then they would agree the only award Officer Mike Glennon and his superiors deserve is a sentence of 5 to 10 or maybe more.

Hey Mr. Wisconsin Governor When is someone gonna put an end to the Eau Claire Police Gestapo Tactics. Remember when I wrote you and the Attorney General about the robbery at my store in Eau Claire that State Farm claimed they could not pay a claim on because the Eau Claire Police had raised Red Flags that were stopping them from processing the claim...Does anyone else think its odd this all came about right after the Fathers day incident I described above after Mr. officer of the year and his superior officers told me and several other witnesses "We are going to shut down your store" So who do you tell when the police abuse you... Someone needs to investigate these pillars of society who think they are unaccountable to anyone.

If you have an Eau Claire police nightmare to share head over to the police watch blog and help us make "justice for all" a meaningful phrase in Eau Claire County Wisconsin!

*Legal Help Wanted* In Wisconsin

Must be willing to fight corrupt insurance Goliaths like State Farm! Must be willing to work for free as I have only debt and records left.

Details of the case: Married Female, Visually Disabled, Small Business Owner, opened own business (retail store). 1 1/2 years the store did well and grew. Sometime Mothers Day Weekend 2007 my store was burglarized. Roughly 60% of merchandise on hand was stolen along with money and computer equipment stolen and damaged.

To Date: Police in WI have no suspects. State Farm did a lengthy investigation for 10 months and refused to pay for anything for this period. They refused to replace my special business equipment for the visually impaired that was damaged in the burglary, but yet forced me to provide documents to their attorney, special investigator, and forensic records experts, multiple times. In short I was treated as a common criminal, and forced to participate in their "investigation" and not as a paying customer. In the mean time with no replacement stock back in my 500 sq ft store to sell and many monthly bills accruing, I had to close my store to save my credit and hopefully business. After months of tape recording rude investigators, making complaints to the WI State Insurance Commissioner, and complying with all of SF demands "They decided to pay the claim" so they sent a check for $30.000 for the stolen products and computer equipment. SF then informed us another adjuster would look at the business loss part of the claim. About 2 weeks ago we get a letter from this State Farm Adjuster stating that they had figured up my business loss for the 10 months of them "Investigating this claim" and it was $342 dollars and some cents. I politely informed him that I paid Kinko's Fed X more than that just in the 1000's of document copies SF demanded I provide their investigators. Finally after explaining to him my breached lease cost of $4000 plus dollars and all the other damages they caused me he said "I will turn it over to our lawyer to see what expenses we may be liable for". I think I need a lawyer now...I feel my chosen insurance companies own actions or "lack of" has harmed my business more than the original crime.

Is this legal? How do I fight them when they have costed me everything I own?

I have documented everything and have tape recordings of SF investgators, supervisors and claims agents, plus boxes of documents sent and recieved.

Are there any good lawyers left in this country that care about American Citizens Rights? Post here if you would like more information on this case.
